it is accessed from the Inner Loop and serves two purposes:

• Represents three off line towns in hidden staging and
• The westerly entry into the hidden staging at Stirling  when travelling W->E on the turning loop

Both the Outer and Inner Loops of the folded dog bone go “around” Fleets Loop at a different elevation and the helix sits above there too.
